FAQ’S REGARDING SHIPPING and DELIVERY TIME
- When will my Order ship?
- Most orders placed before 12 Noon Central Time ship the same day. Orders received after 12 Noon Central Time will ship on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information included.
- How long does the shipping transit time take?
- - All items ship from Oklahoma to ensure the most efficient transit time.
“Standard” shipping usually arrives within 7 working days.
“Expedited” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made within 7 working days from the actual ship date.
“3-4 Day” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made within 3 to 4 working days from the actual ship date.
“2-3 Day” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made 2 to 3 working days from the actual ship date.
“Overnight” shipping guarantees that a delivery attempt will be made the next working day from the actual ship date if “Overnight” delivery is offered in your area.
Required “Saturday” delivery is an option on "Overnight" shipments only and if FedEx delivers on Saturday in your area.
“International” shipping is available.
* - Free shipping promotions apply to Domestic US Shipments only and only to unity cross/unity hearts and engraved items. Barnwood wedding accessories are not included
For Canadian orders, we recommend that you select the flat rate Canada Shipping options and NOT the USPS International mail option.
For all other International orders, we recommend the “Flat Rate International Priority Mail” option offered during checkout.
